Paul Dunn

Director

Paul has been involved in the international recruitment market for over 15 years. Beginning his career in the UK, Paul progressed through the ranks to become a senior consultant and then eventually run a successful IT recruitment company. Pauls’ focus at Exclaim IT is on client relationship management and overall business strategy and direction with many clients and candidates appreciating his refreshingly open approach to service delivery. When not hard at work Paul enjoys travelling and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Simon Mortimer

Simon has over 15 years of IT recruitment experience in Brisbane, Sydney and London placing people in contract and permanent roles. He has worked across the full range of retained, search and contingent assignments and concentrates on Program and Project related roles across Management, Technology, Analysis and Change functions.

Malin Bergendahl

Contractor Care Coordinator

Malin comes from a background in project management and sales in both the corporate industry and government. At Exclaim IT she is responsible for the management and coordination of Exclaim IT’s contractors, which includes making sure all contractors get the best possible experience throughout their contract and that they feel valued and appreciated. Travelling is one of Malin’s biggest passions and in her spare time you often find her outdoors at the beach in summertime or skiing in wintertime. She would never miss the opportunity to take on a challenge or to spend time with family and friends!!!

Sarsha Williams

Senior Administration/Payroll Officer

Sarsha is Exclaim IT’s Senior Administration Officer who demonstrates a productive and process driven attitude toward all aspect of her work. This initiative and team driven mentality enables smooth and accurate client invoicing and also ensures that the weekly contractor payroll is completed on a timely basis and at a consistent high level. Currently enrolled in a Diploma of Accounting, Sarsha to date has applied effective and time saving procedures to her administrative duties at Exclaim IT. Her attitude and commitment to her work is exemplified at home where she enjoys cooking, entertaining and when possible escaping to the great outdoors.

Glenn Chaffey

General Manager

Glenn brings with him the focus on structure and process to the Exclaim IT Team, which includes providing input into the strategy, direction, and operational delivery of company initiatives. With a strong background in sales, marketing, and management, Glenn is the person responsible for making sure that each candidate and client experience is consistent with the values and core principles that Exclaim IT has been built upon. Outside of work, Glenn is kept very busy by his wife and 3 children and likes to get outdoors to go bushwalking, camping, fishing, and paintballing when he can!

Alfred Sinisa

Resource Team Leader

Alfred is a long term member of the Exclaim IT Team and has grown with the company to become the Resource Team Leader. Alfred’s role is essentially Candidate Management; ensuring our candidates receive the best quality service during their recruitment experience as well as leading the Candidate Management team. Alfred is helping to ensure our resource team excels in delivering exceptional service to the Brisbane market. Outside of work, Alfred enjoys spending time with family and friends, travel, socialising and jogging.

Jeralee O’Byrne

Candidate Manager

Jeralee came to Exclaim IT bringing with her a sales background covering both the retail & corporate marketplace. As a Candidate Manager with Exclaim, Jeralee works very closely with candidates; supporting, guiding and encouraging them throughout the process of finding their ideal roles. With excellent communication skills, Jeralee likes to build personal & meaningful relationships with candidates based on trust which enables them to work together time and time again. In her spare time Jeralee is a fitness enthusiast enjoying anything that pushes her to the limit; she also enjoys good food and spending quality time with loved ones!!!

Claire O’Donohue

Administration Officer

Claire contributes administration based support to all Exclaim IT staff members. Her role ensures that all candidate & client information is kept up to date and helps make the recruitment process run smoother. She also assists in the coordination of Exclaim IT events and marketing. In her personal time, Claire enjoys being social with friends & family, absorbing herself in a good book and trying not to get too lost whilst travelling!
